OrderMate combines a PDA application with a hosted internet service to provide electronic order entry and wireless order submission to your accounting system.
With the OrderMate software installed on a PDA your sales staff can take orders at the customers site using simple pop-up lists to select the customer and order items. Once the order is complete one click of the Sync button is all that is required to transmit the order to the OrderMate web server.
If you have specified an email address in your set up, our web server will email the order to you as soon as it is received from the PDA. Otherwise the order will be ready for downloading as soon as you log in to the web site.
Once you have received an order importing it into your accounting system completes the process.
You can also export your customer and product lists from your accounting system and upload them to the OrderMate web server. Whenever one of your sales staff clicks the Sync button on their PDA, the latest customer and product lists will be transferred to the device, keeping your sales staff up to date with the latest changes.
With OrderMate the only special installation that is required is the PDA software. It works with your existing accounting system and internet browser (both PC and Mac are supported), and it will work with a standard dial-up connection.
