What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us and as a result our privacy policy
is very conservative. Please see our privacy statement for more
details.

What about security?
System security is of utmost importance. Physically our server is housed
at an undisclosed location with restricted access and a 24x7 monitored alarm.
Our server has full firewall protection and with the SSL plans uses the highest
level of encryption available for all connections (generally 128bit SSL).
All systems will be kept up to date with the latest security patches
and anti-virus software.

What is a csv file?
CSV stands for comma separated values. It is a special type of text file
that holds records where each record is on a separate line and fields are
separated by commas. It is a very common file format for data and a lot
of common applications support it (excel and access for example), which is
why dbonair uses it.

Does dbonair support other file formats?
At this time you can't upload other file types to dbonair. However, we'd like to
to be able to use our service and we are keen to increase the number of supported
file types. Please contact us to discuss your special needs. We can nearly always
find some mutually acceptable solution.

Will dbonair to work on my Nokia 6585
Absolutely. Unfortunately out-of-the-box the 6585 is set up so that horizontal
scrolling in the web browser (minibrowser) can make dbonair and many web/wap sites
unusable. Fortunately there is an easy change you can make to your minibrowser
settings to fix it. This pdf document tells you how.
